My name is Jonathan Silva. I’m a #girldad and a founding partner at The Tadpole Agency. I’m passionate about people, small businesses, diversity, and the variety of work I get to do. I built this website as a creative outlet and to have a place to ramble about things that I can’t use for Tadpole.
My girls are the absolute salt of the earth, and the hunger to be an excellent example to them is what fuels me every day. Parenting may not be for everyone, but I love every piece of it.
It may be because of the way I was raised, my family, one of the many whom didn’t believe in me, or a combination of them all. Nevertheless, I’m determined to succeed and elevate the people around me.
I would not be who I am today without the incredible support system and the people that have encouraged me. My hope is to share that light of encouragement with others.
